What is Essential Fitness
Essential Fitness is Seattle’s top personal training studio. Our personal attention, innovative training style, and all-encompassing view on fitness distinguish us from our competitors. Each session is custom fit to the client. From specific exercises and personal workout plans that lead the client toward his/her goals, to music choice and volume, the client’s tastes and preferences are adhered to at all times.
Essential Fitness utilizes a team approach to training. Instead of being assigned one specific trainer, each client rotates through the different trainers. Clients are much less likely to plateau or to become bored with their training when they are equipped with a variety of training styles and methods. We also believe in the science of fitness. Each client wears a heart rate monitor. This allows their trainer to keep the client within their specific range for maximum caloric and fat burn throughout their session. Every workout is extremely interactive and high energy.
Essential Fitness’ goal is to fully equip each client to reach their own goal. We do not see fitness as a workout plan alone, but as a lifestyle. We work closely with a nutritionist, a physical therapist, a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and a massage therapist to aid our clients in obtaining true fitness.
